Hotel Deposit Policy

To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to the cost of one night’s stay plus a 13% lodging tax will be charged to your provided payment method. This charge will be applied five (5) days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made free of charge up to six (6) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Any cancellation made within five (5) days prior to your arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, which is equal to one night’s stay plus a 13% lodging tax.

Pet Policy

We welcome dogs in our designated pet-friendly rooms only. There is a pet fee of $25 per stay for up to two (2) dogs. Please note that we only allow dogs; other pets are not permitted.

Smoking Policy

Smoking of any kind, including medical marijuana, is strictly prohibited at the Seaside Oceanfront Inn . If smoking occurs during your stay, a minimum fee of $300 will be automatically charged to your account. Additional charges may apply if the cleaning process exceeds four (4) hours beyond the standard checkout time.
